About Park Farm Byre

Set amid rolling chalk valley hills with easy access to numerous beautiful bridleways and river walks, Park Farm Byre is the perfect rural retreat. It has been tastefully refurbished, furnished and equipped, and offers single-storey accommodation with an open-plan kitchen with dining area and sitting room with wood burning stove. There are two pretty double bedrooms and a comfortable single, along with a family bathroom with shower, and a utility room. The building is sustainable with a biomass boiler, solar PV and well insulated, with attractive and historic features including charred timbers and beams and a gated courtyard style garden for al fresco dining. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the wood-fired hot bath in the courtyard style garden, and a spot of stargazing while enjoying an evening soak.

The village of Tolpuddle with its Martyrs Museum is just a mile away, and nearby Athelhampton House is a pleasant 10 minute walk away and is one of our finest 15th century manor houses, surrounded by one of the great architectural gardens of England and well worth a visit. Ringstead Bay and the Jurassic Coast are only a short 13 mile drive away, making Park Farm Byre ideally situated whether you are looking for a coastal or country holiday.
